    During his 20-year tenure at Rennie & Associates Realty, Vincent Tang has worked his way up the ranks from project assistant to his current roles as Managing Director and Managing Broker. Today, he oversees the daily operations of the brokerage and supervises the team of Real Estate Advisors, ensuring that Rennie provides the best service available in the real estate industry.

    Conveyance Manager & Associate Managing Broker

    Justine ensures all aspects of the contract are complete and continuously offers advice and answers questions that will to protect both our Advisors and their clients’ best interests. From the start, and even past completion, the conveyancing team continuously works alongside with the lawyers to make sure the completion of a property is seamless and hassle-free for the client making an enjoyable transaction for everyone. Justine enjoys helping in any way she can, if it makes their job easier. Whether it’s explaining and then offering resources/tools that will save them time, breaking down information, providing advice or helping with matters on a personal level, it gives her a great sense of satisfaction to see our Advisors succeed.

    Legal & Contract Coordinator

    Christina helps with the successful processing and closing of real estate transactions. This includes working with the Advisors, lawyers, notary publics and other brokerages to ensure the legal paperwork is in order, anticipate any issues and help coordinate all parties to ensure success on all fronts. Her role is to make the real estate process easier for our Advisors, smoothly managing a deal behind the scenes to give them confidence in the brokerage. She loves getting to know each Advisor on a personal level, building relationships and sharing in their success.

    Senior Marketing & Communications Manager

    May’s role at the brokerage is multi-faceted, from developing marketing initiatives and programs alongside the division’s leadership team to overseeing communications and brand, content and creative (with our in-house design house), influencer partnerships and events for our growing 100+ Advisor brokerage. She also works closely with the Rennie Technologies team on digital and content initiatives. May very much enjoys brainstorming one-on-one with our Advisors on how to create their own individual marketing, social media and branding strategies alongside the Rennie brand, aimed at elevating their business – which, in turn, helps their clients achieve their own real estate success. At the end of the day, she mostly loves connecting with the Advisor team as the good people they are, developing long-lasting relationships and friendships. To her, it’s a privilege to be a part of their lives.

    Studio Manager

    Working on the marketing side, Jennifer works on most custom pieces that our Advisors use to advertise their property – whether it’s ads, brochures, postcards or custom signage, it usually comes to the design team to put together. She enjoys knowing she’s played a small part in their success of selling their listing by making them and their property look good. Jennifer also secretly likes looking at all our Advisors’ listing photos and imagining what it would be like to live in some of these houses.

    As the first point of contact, Diana helps prepare and execute the necessary marketing tools and collateral to facilitate maximum exposure for our Advisors’ clients property. Prior to the property getting listed up to the successful sale and post sale, she is there to promote our Advisors as not just sales people, but as trusted and professional real estate Advisors. Diana enjoys seeing them celebrate their success and the fact that our Advisors are dedicated to making their client’s dreams a reality.

    Digital Support Specialist

    Alex helps our Advisors solve any technical issues that they face, as well as teach them how to use the latest real estate software that our digital team develops. Whether it’s creating professional feature sheets or uploading high-resolution images of properties onto the platform, he ensures they are experts in using the platform to best market their clients properties. Alex enjoys earning our Advisors’ trust, because once a certain level of trust is established, the concept of “help” becomes a two-way street. He helps them solve an issue and, in turn, they are comfortable enough to begin contributing ideas on how to make our technology platform better – some of his favourite features came from our Advisors.
