As the receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for the Rennie Group. You will provide administrative support across the organization. You will handle the flow of people through the business and ensure that all receptionist responsibilities are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner.


  • Serve visitors by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately
  • Answer, screen and forward any incoming phone calls while providing basic information
    when needed
  • Receive and sort daily mail/deliveries/couriers
  • Receive client deposits and issue receipts
  • Update new listings and send out hot sheets daily
  • Maintain security by following procedures and controlling access
  • Update appointment calendars and schedule meetings/appointments
  • Maintain an adequate inventory of office supplies in addition to monitoring the use of
    supplies and equipment
  • Coordinate the repair and maintenance of office equipment

Desired Skills/Experience:

  • Excellent oral/written communication skills and interpersonal skills
  • Computer skills with MS Office software required, experience with Salesforce or CRM software is preferred
  • Demonstrate professionalism at all times
  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues that may arise
  • Ability to organize, prioritize and work under pressure
  • Ability to multi-task and work both independently and collaboratively as a team
