Rennie has been at the forefront of real estate and community engagement in the Greater Vancouver Area and beyond for over 38 years. Founder Bob Rennie began his career as a realtor; by providing his clients the same care and attention as he would his family, he worked his way up to selling a home per day by 1979. Rennie, at over 150 individuals today, operates under the same philosophy that was foundational to Bob’s success.

Ulinder Rennie established with UBC Professor Dan Ulinder and Bob Rennie selling 88 condos (Augusta Grove, Burnaby).

Rennie Residences on Georgia 1996

Residences at Georgia completes in 1996 and sold out through a successful off-plan sales launch, the first in North America.

Sales of the iconic Woodward’s Building, selling out 400 units in one day and signaling a revitalization of the Downtown Eastside with social housing and the SFU School for Contemporary Arts.

At Rennie, giving back to our community is integral to our operations. We support a number of food and clothes drives, charitable events, and educational institutions throughout the year. In collaboration with Emily Carr University, Rennie Collection has helped develop a class where students create art pieces which will later be installed in the Union Gospel Mission’s new building. Rennie also donates to schools through the Bob Rennie Bursary Endowment Fund.
